All deliveries in Finland are handled by Posti. Browbands are delivered to the nearest pick-up point. Gift cards can be delivered to a mailbox as well.
The delivery time of Posti is on average 1-3 business days. -

We deliver orders to Finland and other European Union member countries. We do not deliver orders to Åland or the Canary Islands.

The enclosed table shows the valid delivery costs for all countries we ship to. Depending on the destination country, the order is delivered either to a pick-up point or to the customer's doorstep. The delivery times of the transport company are on average 2-5 business days to the neighboring countries of Finland and 4-8 business days further away.

Return instructions
1. Fill out the return form below or send us a return notice by email to info@jlbrowbands.fi within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The return notice can otherwise be in a free form, but the order number of the order to be returned and preferably the products to be returned must be stated. Please note that an unclaimed package is not a return, and instead a return notice must be sent.
2. Once we have received and processed your return notice, we will send you return instructions and a return code by email. Products to be returned must be sent no later than 14 days after receiving the return instructions.
3. The products do not need to be returned in their original packaging, however, they must be packaged carefully and in such a way that they cannot be damaged during transport. If you send the products in the original packaging, please remove the original packaging label.
4. Write the return code you received by e-mail on the package and take the package to a service point of either Posti, DHL or Bring depending on the country of dispatch. The return is free for you. We recommend you to keep the delivery receipt in case the delivery is lost during transport.
5. We process your return within 2-10 business days after the return shipment arrives. Once the return is approved, you will get your money back to your original payment method.
